it is the buyers responsibility to check order Is correct. Sussex Carp leads will take ownership of any errors made if we dispatched the wrong items and correct the order as per the sales agreement.

4.1 If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. once Goods have been dispatched changes can only be made after goods returned at buyers cost or at the additional cost for extra items including postage.

 

5 PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS

 

5.1 Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.

Sussex Carp leads use Royal mail for the delivery and only delivery accepted in person or by your nominated person will we ne responsible for .example if you choose to opt for the use of a safe place for delivery this is at your own risk.

This is your responsibility to make any claims via royal mail.

 

5.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our control .

 

5.3 An event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including for example strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties

5..4  all leads are made to order , we aim to complete all orfders within 7 working days. 

if there is going to be a delay beyond that we will inform you by email when the order is placed. a refund will be provided  if we are informed.

5.5 SCL use Royal mail 48hr Tracked for deliveries unless otherwise notified please note this is not a guarantee delivery timescale . see royal mail site for details on the service provided.

5.6 any orders for collection must be paid  within 7 working days unless agreed in advance or item will be put back into stock.
